Gomendra Multiple College considers the teaching and non-teaching staff as its real assets. The members are not only educated and trained but also diligent, sincere and willing to shoulder their responsibilities even at odd times. Quality counts more than anything else at GM College.

1. Regularity
Students are expected to be regular. They must have at least 90% attendance out of the total number of credit hours.

2. Punctuality
Students need to maintain punctuality. They must be in the premises of the college not later than the prescribed time.

3. Neatness & Tidiness
Students must be present in their classes neat and tidy in the uniforms prescribed.

4. Tests & Internal Examinations
Students must not only make themselves present in the tests and internal examinations conducted by the college but also seriously labor to secure good marks.

5. Attitude & Behavior
Students are expected to brilliantly display their positive attitude and behavior. The college wants each student to feel that he/she is a students in the first place. Any identity besides this is secondary.

- No long hair for the boys, no expensive jewelries for the girls and no colored hair for the both.
- No argument against the rules and regulations of the college and the code of conduct implemented by the Purbanchal University.
- No justification against the disciplinary actions imposed by the college authority.

Yes, Gomendra Multiple College supports online learning through platforms like Google Meet and LMS tools. Most MCA (Master of Computer Applications) classes are conducted online, making it convenient for students who need flexible schedules or live outside Birtamode.

The medium of instruction is primarily English, while some programs may also be available in Nepali.
