Gomendra Multiple College was founded in the year 2053 BS (1996 AD) with a vision to provide quality higher education to the students of eastern Nepal. Affiliated with Purbanchal University, the college initially started with a few programs and a modest number of students. Over the years, it has grown significantly, both in terms of the variety of programs offered and the student population it serves. The college currently offers a comprehensive range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA.
